Found teal dog harness with paw charm

I found a teal dog harness with a tiny paw-print charm clipped to the D-ring this afternoon around 2:30pm. It's a small size with reflective teal trim and a neoprene strap that's a bit worn from beach trips and rain. There's a small metal tag with a paw print on it, which should help identify the owner.
