Lost silver ring with small blue sapphire near Southwest VA mountains while hiking.

I lost my silver ring with a small blue sapphire while hiking in the mountains near Southwest VA last weekend. I think it slipped off my finger when I was adjusting my backpack. This ring is of sentimental value to me, and I would love to have it back if anyone finds it.
