Gold ring with emerald center, engraved inner band

I lost my gold ring with an emerald center yesterday around 3pm near the Lyric Theatre on Main Street in Blacksburg, Southwest Virginia. It's a slim 14k gold band, about 4 mm wide, with a bezel-set emerald that shows a tiny scratch along the edge. On the inner shank there's a delicate engraving 'A.P.' and a tiny heart. This ring has sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother, and I really need to have it back.
