Found a well-fed Golden Retriever with a blue collar and no tags near a park in Southwest Virginia.

Description

I found this sweet Golden Retriever wandering near the park in Southwest VA this morning. He seems well-trained and well-fed, and I'm pretty sure he belongs to someone. He has a blue collar with no tags on it. I've been trying to find his owner, but no luck so far!
