Gray tabby cat with white chest

Yesterday around 5:30pm I realized my gray tabby cat with a white chest is missing in El Paso. He's about 10 pounds, with medium-length fur, green eyes, a tiny notch in his left ear, and a red collar with a small silver bell. I last saw him near the Starbucks on Mesa Street by University Avenue, right by the UTEP campus, and I’m really worried—he’s shy around strangers but affectionate once he trusts you.
