Black leather briefcase with blue lining, sentimental value

I lost my black leather briefcase yesterday around 3pm near the Cielo Vista Mall area in El Paso, Southwest TX. It's a medium Samsonite with a slightly scuffed exterior and a blue satin lining I can spot when I open it. Inside are a leather notebook, a USB drive labeled 'Family Photos,' and a tag with my initials 'L.A.' plus a tiny dent on the bottom-right corner and a front zipper pocket with a black leather pull. It has sentimental value—it's a gift from my late father and holds photos I need for an important appointment.
