Lost red winter jacket with detachable hood and small tear near left pocket in a park in Southwest MN.

Description

I lost my favorite red winter jacket while walking my dog at the park in Southwest MN on the chilly afternoon of October 22nd. It has a detachable hood and a small tear near the left pocket. I absolutely loved this jacket and hope someone finds it.
