Lost contact notebook with handwritten numbers

I lost my small black leather notebook this afternoon around 3pm near the Walmart on Wyatt Earp Blvd in Dodge City, SW KS. It's pocket-sized (about 4x6 inches), with a blue elastic strap and a sunflower sticker on the back cover. Inside are handwritten contacts—family numbers, my vet, and a few notes from my grandmother—written in blue ink. It’s sentimental to me; it’s how I keep track of important people when my phone dies, and I really need it back. If found, please drop it off at the Walmart customer service desk on Wyatt Earp Blvd or the Dodge City Police Department lobby.
