Lost beagle-lab mix: red collar and heart patch

I lost my beagle-lab mix yesterday around 7pm near Pullman Square in downtown Huntington, Southern WV. He's about 45 pounds, tri-color with a brown head, white chest, and black back, and he wears a red nylon collar with a silver tag that reads 'Champ'. He has a distinctive white heart-shaped patch on his chest and his right ear is slightly folded. I’m really worried—he’s friendly but skittish around strangers, and we rescued him last year; this dog is family and means the world to me. If anyone finds him, please contact me as soon as possible.
