Holographic Charizard Pokémon card

I lost my holographic Charizard card from the late 1990s while sorting through my binder yesterday afternoon. It's a 1999 release Charizard holo, about the size of a standard trading card, with rainbow foil that shimmers in light and a slightly dull spot along the left edge. The card is in a clear top loader that has a blue 'Binder A-12' label on the back. I last saw it outside the Tamarack Arts Center on Main Street in Beckley, Southern WV, around 3pm. This card means a lot to me—it's part of my childhood collection—and I'd be grateful to get it back.
