Blue tote bag found near Walmart Beckley

I found a blue canvas tote bag this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Walmart on Eisenhower Drive in Beckley. It's lightly used, about the size of a large tote, with a frayed red zipper pull and a white sticker peeling off the corner. Inside I spotted a small notebook with a red elastic band and a set of car keys on a simple black keyring. I know how easy it is to lose something important, so I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner—I’ve kept it safe and can meet up somewhere convenient in Beckley or send more photos if needed.
