Beagle mix dog, tan/white, blue collar

I lost my beagle mix yesterday around 3pm near the Tamarack Center in Beckley, Southern West Virginia. He's about 25 pounds, tan and white, with a blue nylon collar and a tiny heart-shaped tag. He has a small white patch on his chest and a notch in his left ear that makes him easy to identify. He’s usually friendly but can be wary of strangers, and he tends to wander toward Neville Street and the parking lot behind the Tamarack when he catches a scent. I miss him so much—he’s my hiking buddy and really means the world to me.
