Found tan tote bag with sketchbook

I found a tan canvas tote bag this afternoon around 3:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Giant on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, Southern Maryland. It’s about 14 by 12 inches with a black shoulder strap and a small coffee stain on the bottom corner. Inside there’s a spiral-bound sketchbook, a yellow case with a 12-color marker set, and a bluebird sticker on the inner pocket. There’s a faded leather tag with the name 'Mia' written in Sharpie. The bag looks well-used but cared for; I’d love to get it back to its owner—message me in the app and we can arrange a pickup.
