Found navy blue North Face hoodie

I was walking near the Solomons Island Boardwalk around 2:15 pm this afternoon and spotted a navy blue North Face hoodie on the ground by the benches near the Crab Pot restaurant. It's a men's size L fleece hoodie with a small white North Face logo on the chest and a red drawstring. The right sleeve has a faint coffee stain and a tiny tear at the cuff, but otherwise it's in good shape.
