Lost black hooded winter jacket with frayed hem stitching and small tear on inner lining at a park in Southern Illinois.

I lost my black hooded winter jacket while walking my dog at the park in Southern Illinois last Tuesday. It has a slightly frayed stitching at the hem and a small tear on the inner lining. I'm really hoping to find it because it was a gift from my grandmother, and it means a lot to me.
