Orange tabby cat with pink collar, lost near Walmart Pittsburg

I lost my orange tabby cat yesterday around 3pm. He's medium-sized, with bright orange fur, white paws, and a pink collar with a tiny bell. His eyes are heterochromatic—one blue, one green—and there's a small notch in his left ear from a past scrape. I was at the Walmart on 7th Street in Pittsburg, KS when he bolted toward the pet store entrance and vanished into the nearby apartments. He's really special to me—I've had him since he was a kitten—and I’m hoping someone spotted him and can help bring him home.
