I found a blue, medium-sized nylon dog harness with a red leash this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the CVS on Haddonfield-Berlin Road in Voorhees, South Jersey. The harness has reflective strips and a small bone-shaped tag engraved with the name 'Bailey.' The leash is about 4 feet long, with a sturdy silver clip and a hint of neon orange stitching near the handle.
