I'm Jordan Lee. This morning, around 9:30, I found a small binder labeled 'Breeds' on the sand at Fort Taber Beach, New Bedford, Massachusetts. Inside there are dog-breed charts, a pencil, and a faded photo tucked in the back cover. The binder looked recently abandoned, so I carried it to my car and decided to post here in case the owner is scanning the listings this morning.
