Found black rolling suitcase with travel stickers at Skagit Ferry Terminal.

I found a black rolling suitcase while waiting for the ferry at Skagit Ferry Terminal. It doesn't have any identification tags attached, but it's in good condition with a few travel stickers on it. I hope to find the owner so they can get it back. Please describe it to claim!
