Found black leather wallet with multiple card slots, zipper pocket, and photo sleeve near Skagit River Park.

I found a black leather wallet while walking my dog near Skagit River Park yesterday. It seemed quite new and has multiple card slots, a zipper pocket, and a photo sleeve inside. I didn't see anyone around who appeared to have lost it, so I'm hoping to find the owner here. There is a small tear in one pocket, but otherwise, it's in great shape.
