Silver trumpet in blue gig bag near Kohler Arts Center

I found a wind instrument this morning around 9:15 am, lying on the sidewalk outside the Kohler Arts Center on New York Ave in Sheboygan. It's a silver trumpet in a blue soft-shell gig bag, with a red star sticker on the case and a small dent near the bell. I think it's a Yamaha student model—the valves feel a bit stiff, but the mouthpiece is there and the instrument looks well-used yet playable. I know how important this instrument is to a student who practices daily, and I’d love to get it back to its owner.
