Silver medical alert bracelet with red heart

I lost my silver medical alert bracelet yesterday around 3pm. It's a slim silver-tone chain with a small red enamel heart charm and a tiny medical tag engraved with my initials 'PT' and 'Penicillin allergy.' The bracelet is a bit scratched at the clasp and the heart charm has a tiny dent. I was at the downtown library plaza on 8th Street in Sheboygan when I realized it was gone. It has sentimental value—my grandmother gave me this, and I really need it back for safety and peace of mind.
