I found a silver Fossil chronograph watch this morning around 10:15am by the Deland Park fountain near the lakefront in downtown Sheboygan. It’s a 42mm stainless steel case with a blue sunburst dial and a black genuine leather strap that shows a bit of wear. There’s a small scratch on the crystal right above the 2 o’clock marker, and the crown feels a touch loose when you press it. On the back, 'Fossil' is etched along with the model number FS742. The watch is in good working order overall. If this belongs to you, please send me a message so we can arrange a pickup near the park.
