Seiko watch found near Deland Park

Found a watch this afternoon around 2:15pm along the Deland Park lakefront promenade by the lighthouse in Sheboygan. It's a Seiko stainless steel case with a white dial, black hour markers, and a black leather strap that shows a bit of creasing from wear. There’s a small scratch near the 3 o’clock position and initials 'LH' engraved on the back. I'll keep it safe in my bag for now; I'd hate for someone to lose it, especially if it was a gift.
