Navy knit scarf with maroon stripe, snowflake charm

I found a navy blue knit scarf this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind Harbor Centre on Wisconsin Ave, near the marina in Sheboygan. It's about 60 inches long, a simple navy scarf with a thin maroon stripe along one edge, and a small silver snowflake charm attached to the end. The scarf shows light pilling but is otherwise clean and in good condition. I know losing a scarf can be upsetting, so I’d like to help get it back to its owner.
