On a windy Tuesday around 2:15 p.m., I realized I’d dropped a small pile of coins near the Sheboygan County Historical Museum along the riverfront. The coins belonged to my grandfather—mostly pennies and a few older nickels—kept in a worn leather pouch my grandma gave me. They’re not valuable, but they carry a lot of memory, especially the dates from family trips to this exact area years ago. I’ve retraced steps along the brick promenade and under the old tram bridge, but nothing yet. I hope someone who saw them can help me get them back.
