Blue student ID card with photo on neon lanyard

I lost my blue San Francisco State student ID yesterday around 3pm near the Ferry Building Marketplace along the Embarcadero. It's a blue plastic badge with my photo, attached to a neon green retractable lanyard, and there's a tiny panda charm clipped to the strap. The back has a faint coffee stain near a security hologram and a small dent on the lower-right corner. This card is my campus access for the dorm and library, and I really need it back.
