Navy tote bag with leather handles found

I found a navy tote bag this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Pike Place Market entrance on Pine Street. It's a medium-sized bag, probably 14 inches across, made of sturdy canvas with tan leather handles and a brass zipper pull. Inside, there's a red enamel pin shaped like a coffee cup and a small zip pouch embroidered with the initials 'A.R.' on teal-and-white striped lining. There’s also a compact black umbrella tucked in the side pocket and a few receipts.
