Navy North Face fleece jacket found near Pike Place Market

I found this navy North Face fleece jacket this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the main entrance to Pike Place Market on Pine Street in the Seattle-Tacoma area. It's a men's size Large, slightly worn but clean, with a bright red zipper pull and a small orange fox patch sewn on the left sleeve. The jacket has a soft fleece lining and a couple of faint water stains on the hem from last week's rain, but overall it's in good condition for casual wear.
