Missing person: Priya Kapoor, 22, downtown Seattle

I'm Amina Hassan. I've lost my sister, Priya Kapoor, who is 22 and about 5'4". She has shoulder-length black hair and olive skin. She was last seen yesterday around 3pm near Westlake Park in downtown Seattle, around 4th Ave and Pine St, wearing a forest-green parka, a gray scarf, black jeans, and white sneakers, and she was carrying a bright red backpack with a blue bicycle-shaped keychain. She has a small star tattoo on the inside of her left ankle and wears a thin silver nose stud. I'm really worried and really need her back safe—if you've seen her, drop a note here. She can respond to the name Priya or to her sister Amina, and she might be a little disoriented.
