Delicate gold-tone bracelet with heart charm

I lost my delicate gold-tone bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on 10th Street in Scottsbluff. It’s a slim 7-inch piece with a small heart charm engraved 'Forever Us' on the back, plus two tiny dangling charms—a star and a tiny pearl bead. The clasp is a tiny lobster claw, and there’s a faint scratch along the front from daily wear. This is a piece of Miscellaneous Jewellery lost in the Scottsbluff / Panhandle area, and it means a lot to me because it was a gift from my grandmother. I really need it back; it has sentimental value. If anyone finds it, please drop it off at the Scottsbluff Public Library front desk or reply here so I can get it back.
