Brown and white beagle mix dog, lost near Walmart Scottsbluff

I lost my dog yesterday around 6pm near Walmart in Scottsbluff. He's a brown and white beagle mix, about 22 pounds, with a blue collar and a small dent in his left ear. We had just finished a walk near 27th Street when he slipped away and headed toward the parking lot. He's friendly but a bit anxious around strangers and he loves treats.
