Black Samsonite carry-on with yellow tag

I lost my black Samsonite carry-on suitcase yesterday around 5pm outside the Walmart Supercenter on 10th Street in Scottsbluff. It's a 22-inch hard-shell with a matte finish and a few scuffs along the bottom from travel. There's a bright neon yellow luggage tag with my initials P.P. and a small blue silicone zipper pull on the main zipper. Inside is a photo album with family pictures and a soft red scarf tucked in the main compartment. This bag is sentimental to me and I really need to get it back—if someone found it, please drop it at the Panhandle Lost & Found or message me here.
