Navy windbreaker with orange inner patch

I lost my navy blue windbreaker this afternoon around 3pm near the Starbucks at Gulf Gate Village on S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota. It's a lightweight Nike windbreaker in size L, with a white 'RP' monogram embroidered on the left chest and a bright orange fish patch stitched inside the left pocket. There’s a small snag near the cuff and a faint coffee stain on the hem from yesterday's ride home. It really means a lot to me—it's a gift from my sister, and I bike to work most days, so I really need it back. If anyone found it, please text me; I’d be so grateful.
