Navy knit scarf with silver anchor charm

I found a navy knit scarf this morning around 9:15am in front of the CVS on Tamiami Trail in Sarasota. It's a medium-weight scarf, about 60 inches long, with a subtle silver thread woven through and a tiny silver anchor charm stitched near the end. There’s a small label that reads 'Everly' tucked into one corner. The scarf is in good condition, just a bit wrinkled from being on the ground. It looked like someone might be shivering and rushing by, so I grabbed it to make sure it didn’t get lost again.
