Found red dog harness and blue leash

I found a bright red dog harness and a blue leash this afternoon around 3:15pm near the fountain at St. Armands Circle in Sarasota-Bradenton. The harness is by Rabbitgoo, size M, red with a white paw-print patch on the chest strap and neon-orange reflective stitching. The leash is about 4 feet, black nylon with a small yellow rubber bone charm near the clip. They're in good condition, just a little dusty from the pavement.
