Description
I was walking along the Santa Maria Riverwalk near the Santa Maria Public Library's west entrance around 7:15 p.m. Friday when my two handheld radios were missing from my backpack. They’re small, black, and the kind I rely on for coordinating volunteers during events. I must have left them on a bench by the library. A wave of frustration mixed with relief—frustration at losing them, relief at the possibility someone honest found them.
