Lost green budgie with yellow head

Hey there, I lost my green budgie yesterday around 3pm. It’s a small parakeet with a bright yellow head and blue cheek patches, and it wears a tiny red leg band with the number 4. I last saw him near the Santa Maria Public Library on Broadway, outside the cafe area by the bus stop. He’s very tame and tends to come when I call 'Kiko,' so I’m really hoping someone can help. This little guy means the world to me—he was a gift from my sister and has been part of the family for years. If you’ve seen him or picked him up, please help me bring him home.
