Silver Seiko watch with navy strap, lost

I lost my silver Seiko watch yesterday around 3pm near the Santa Fe Plaza, along San Francisco Street outside a small cafe. It's a slim, stainless steel case with a navy blue nylon Nato strap and a white dial. There's a tiny dent on the bezel at 2 o'clock and an engraving 'AR' on the back. The strap has a faint red thread stitched near the lug from a small repair. It really matters to me—it's a gift from my mom, sentimental value—and I’d be grateful to get it back if anyone found it.
