Blue inhaler in red case, lost near library

Hey, I lost my inhaler today. It's a blue and white inhaler in a bright red silicone protective case that has a small white sticker with 'MediCare' scratched on the back and a tiny dent on the corner from a drop last week. I last had it yesterday around 4pm near the Santa Barbara Public Library on East Anapamu Street, by the benches outside the main entrance.
