Silver ring with blue sapphire lost in Sandusky

I lost my silver ring yesterday around 3pm somewhere near the fountain at Courthouse Square on West Market Street in Sandusky. It's a slender sterling silver band, about 6mm wide, with a small blue sapphire set in a bezel. Inside the band there's an initials engraving 'A+H' and a tiny dent on the inside from a fall I took last week. The ring was a gift from my grandmother and feels irreplaceable; it has sentimental value and I really need it back.
