I found a silver necklace with a small heart pendant this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Sandusky Public Library on Meigs Street. It's on an 18-inch sterling silver box chain, and the heart pendant is about 0.8 cm across. On the back there's a tiny initial engraving, looks like 'S'. The clasp is a standard lobster claw, and the chain shows light wear. It was lying on the ground by the library steps, near the bike racks. It seems cared for, and I figured someone might be missing it—it probably means a lot to them.
