Navy North Face parka with orange lining

Hey, I lost my navy blue North Face parka yesterday around 3pm near the Ferry Dock on Water Street in Sandusky. It's a men's medium waterproof shell with a bright orange lining that peeks out when you unzip the inner zipper. There's a small fray on the left sleeve seam and a DIY repair on the inner tag, plus a red carabiner clip inside one pocket from a hiking trip—pretty distinctive. It was a gift from my grandmother, which makes it especially sentimental, and I really need it back; if anyone found it, please get in touch.
