Gray tabby cat with white paws found near Cedar Point

I found a gray tabby cat this afternoon around 4:15pm by the Cedar Point parking lot on Lakeside Ave in Sandusky, Ohio. It’s wearing a blue reflective collar with a tiny brass bell and has clean white paws. The cat seemed hungry and a bit scared, so I stood nearby for a few minutes to make sure it wasn’t someone's lost pet wandering off. It also has a small notch in its right ear and a faint orange speck on its nose, easy to describe if you’re missing him.
