Gold charm bracelet with heart pendant

I lost my gold charm bracelet yesterday afternoon around 3pm near the Starbucks on Market Street in downtown Sandusky. It's a delicate 14k gold chain about 6 inches long, with a tiny heart charm and a tiny blue enamel stone charm. One charm has 'Grandma' etched on it, and there's a small freshwater pearl drop on the clasp. It means a lot to me—my grandmother gave it to me, and I wore it every day.
