Found a friendly green parakeet flying near the park by the lake in Sandusky.

I found this lovely green parakeet flying around the trees in the park by the lake in Sandusky. It seemed a bit scared but friendly, and it was chirping away happily. I'm looking for its owner, as I suspect it may have escaped from someone's home. If this is your bird, please reach out, and we can arrange for its safe return.
