I found a hand-painted ceramic vase this morning around 9:15 am outside The Square on Hopkins Street, downtown San Marcos. It’s about 10 inches tall with a slender neck and a cobalt blue glaze sprinkled with tiny gold flecks that catch the sun. There’s a maker’s mark on the bottom reading 'M. Tran 2019' and a small signature along the side. The rim has a tiny chip and there are a couple of faint glaze cracks near the base, but overall it’s in good condition. If this looks like yours, I’d love to help get it back to you.
