Lost navy blue dog collar with silver studs and a phone number tag near Balboa Park, San Diego.

I lost my dog's favorite collar while walking around Balboa Park in San Diego yesterday. It's a navy blue collar with silver studs and a small tag that has our phone number. My dog, Max, loves it and I just want to have it back. If anyone finds it, please reach out!
