Found navy blue lightweight jacket with unique embroidered inside lining at beach volleyball courts near Mission Beach.

I found a navy blue lightweight jacket on the bench at the beach volleyball courts near Mission Beach. It looks fairly new and has no visible brand tag, but it does have a unique embroidered design on the inside lining. I picked it up on October 10th while walking my dog, and I’d love to return it to its owner if they can describe it to me.
