Found black tuxedo jacket hanging over a park bench in the Gaslamp Quarter.

Description

I found a black tuxedo jacket while walking back from a wedding in the Gaslamp Quarter of San Diego. It was hanging over a park bench. There are no noticeable tags or labels on it, but it looks like it might fit someone around a medium size. It would be great if the owner could describe any unique features to claim it.
